Transaxle solenoides monitoring

Hi,
Can you add T20, T19, T60, T59, T50, T47, T9 states? I'm not sure what mean ( Solenoids L/R, 2/4, O/D) Is it T50, T47, T9?

In the technical review of the Chrysler Voyager / T&C we do not have the solenoid you cited. What vehicle is it on so that we can research? Here is the table of solenoids For T&C



L/R, 2/4 and O/D are the 3 solenoid of the A604 41TE gearbox. It is the box which is in front of the gearbox.

I would like see to solenoid control states (T19, T20, T59, T60).
For example i want see when solenoid L/R (T20) energized and L/R pressure switch (T50) is on.

Hello,

The Solenoids are energized when opened. OP = open = ON
If Close = OFF

Solenoid T59 (UD) is not monitored

Hello,
It works a little differently. Only OD pressure switch sense located after OD solenoid. L/R and 2/4 PS senses located in different places. Pressure switches show pressure in clutches. L/R & OD solenoids is normal opened. Power On => pressure On. 2/4 & UD solenoids is normal closed. Power On => pressure Off. See the hydraulic charts.


For example:
2nd gear all solenoids are Off, 2/4 pressure switch sense is On.
4th-Lock UD & OD solenoids are On, OD pressure switch sense is On. But L/R solenoid is On, L/R pressure switch sense is Off.

May be if you add in window "TRANSAXLE - SOLENOIDES" "Gear" state, same as in window "TRANSAXLE GENERAL". It very help me. It is not so detail like T19, T20, T59, T60. But, i can decode it.

For hydraulic operation, I did not know these diagrams. I will make an excel to reproduce the operation according to the tables.

The 1st line of the solenoid sub-menu at the gear engaged. We cannot overload this menu to keep an acceptable refreshment.

We see what can be done for the torque converter status in this menu.

Or add new sub-menu contained:
Gears Solenoid___________ -> Status of the 3 speed gear change solenoid circuits (from Transaxle solenoid state)
Gear______________________ -> gear ratio engaged by the solenoids (from General)

I have trouble with 41TE. I have kick then switch 1=>2 and big delay 2=>1. Its may be L/R solenoid or Solenoid switch valve in valve body.
That why i need know, how faster switch on pressure sense, after solenoid energized.

If it impossible, probably i make indication panel with lamps for solenoid/pressure switch assembly
